Berni Parker has a degree in graphic arts and illustration is her speciality. She has created a light and feminine style that is very appealing. Her newly developed individual technique uses multi-layered hand made papers, laying down colour using a variety of media and materials. This produces images that have a delicate soft three dimensional quality and texture.
